Who we are
P3S was founded to address a consistent gap between strategy and execution in B2B sales organisations where enablement is often fragmented, reactive or treated as an afterthought.
Drawing on extensive experience across global commercial environments, we take a more structured, practical approach by embedding directly into organisations to build capability, improve sales execution and ensure that teams can confidently translate vendor, product and market complexity into clear commercial outcomes.
Meet our founder
Jeremy Palmer-Keohane spent over 17 years at Apple in senior global and EMEIA leadership roles, leading B2B sales enablement, training programmes and executive briefing initiatives across some of the world’s most complex commercial environments. Before Apple, he held channel development roles at Microsoft.
That career gave him a perspective most enablement consultants don’t have. He’s seen what good commercial execution looks like from inside some of the world’s most demanding technology businesses, and he’s seen what happens when the gap between strategy and frontline execution isn’t closed.
He founded P3S Consulting to close that gap, bringing embedded, practical enablement leadership to channel partners who need it done properly, not just advised on.
